Once the subscribed, the paid service will be activated on Adjointindia.com and after that, the payment made by the user will not be refunded under any circumstances and the user cannot claim any refund. If users send us a request for a refund (on a reasonable basis) so a refund is done under 10-15 days of the payment date then we may consider the refunding amount only for non-active services or working as per company policy. The refund process may take 35–45 working days depending on the availability of information. This amount will be refunded in the same way as Adjointindia.com receives payment. The amount received in one form will not be refunded in a separate form. (For example, the amount received through credit card payment will be refunded by the same credit card remittance).
